Refund/Return Policy:

For in-stock jewelry, if:

1. We sent you the wrong size
2. Product arrived defective
3. Or you just aren't in love with it

No problem. We offer free shipping AND free returns/exchanges. 

If the product you purchased was a PRE-ORDER and you have a change of heart, please contact @DEATHBYJEWELRY on IG or email us: thegrimreaper@deathbyjewelry.com as soon as possible so we can issue you a refund.

Please contact us within 30 days of shipment delivery and attach an image of the product in your message and we'll do our best to resolve it.
